Nollywood actor Nkem Owoh, popularly known as Osuofia, is grieving the death of his 24-year-old daughter, Kosisochukwu, who passed away on June 28, 2023, after a brief illness. The cause of her death was reported to be a liver problem.
The veteran actor did not announce the tragic news to the public, but a flier of the burial arrangements surfaced online on Friday, August 18, 2023. According to the flier, Kosisochukwu will be buried on August 24, 2023, in her father’s residence in Enugu state, after her body is taken from the mortuary.
Osuofia is known for his comedic roles in Nollywood movies such as Osuofia in London, Aki na Ukwa, and The Master. He has two daughters, whom he rarely shows off on social media. He was last seen with them in 2015, during the renewal of his contract with MTN.
Fans and colleagues of the actor have expressed their condolences and sympathy on his Instagram page and other platforms.Â
