These Vendor Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between vendors and MadeinNigeria.app, a multi-vendor E-commerce platform dedicated to promoting and marketing made in Nigeria goods and services. By registering on the MadeinNigeria.app platform and using its services, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions:

Vendor Registration:

To register as a vendor on MadeinNigeria.app, the vendor must provide accurate and complete information about their business, contact details, and product categories. The vendor must also provide proof of ownership of the products they wish to sell on the platform.

Product Listing:

Vendors are responsible for creating and maintaining their product listings. All product listings must be accurate, complete, and comply with the Nigerian government’s quality standards. Vendors must also include high-quality images, descriptions, and pricing information for their products.

Product Categorization:

Vendors must categorize their products based on the type of goods or services offered. This will help buyers find what they need quickly and efficiently.

Sales and Payment:

Vendors will receive payment for products sold on the platform, minus any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway. MadeinNigeria.app will pay vendors on a bi-weekly basis, provided that the vendor has a minimum balance of N10,000 in their account.

Shipping and Delivery:

Vendors are responsible for shipping and delivering products to buyers. Vendors must ensure that products are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and in compliance with the shipping rates and policies set forth on the MadeinNigeria.app platform. The vendor must also ensure that products are delivered in good condition and meet the buyer’s expectations.

Returns and Refunds:

Vendors are responsible for handling any returns or refunds of products sold on the platform. MadeinNigeria.app may assist in the resolution of disputes between buyers and vendors, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the vendor.

Customer Support:

Vendors must provide excellent customer support to buyers. This includes answering inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate product information, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Compliance with Laws:

Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale of goods and services in Nigeria, including but not limited to tax and import/export regulations.

Prohibited Activities:

Vendors may not engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to selling counterfeit or illegal products, engaging in price-fixing, or engaging in any other activities that violate the laws and regulations of Nigeria.

Termination:

MadeinNigeria.app reserves the right to terminate the vendor’s account at any time, without notice or liability, if the vendor breaches any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Indemnification:

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless MadeinNigeria.app, its affiliates, and its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from the vendor’s use of the MadeinNigeria.app platform and services.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.

By registering on the MadeinNigeria.app platform and using its services, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Vendor Terms and Conditions.
