Blockchain Marketing Manager

Job Brief

 We are looking for a Blockchain Marketing Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all software engineering endeavors related to our client’s Blockchain applications. As the software developer for Blockchain, your expertise and skills will be vital in our ability to steer one of our company’s prime goals to success.

To be a successful blockchain developer, you will need to have strong technical skills and experience in programming languages such as Solidity, Java, C++, or Python. You should also be familiar with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Furthermore, it is important that you have good problem-solving skills and are able to think creatively.

What you will be doing

• Create market fit and demand for our products
• Supervise web services that use blockchain technology
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth
• Secure the blockchain network with new technologies
• Establish and implement the blockchain marketing strategic plan, analytics, and operations, to strengthen the overall market presence
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize cost and performance based on the customer insights
• Follow up on project progress and collect requirements based on market feedback
• Ensure blockchain integration with existing applications
• Prepare documentation on the blockchain development processes
• Provide advice and basis for production iteration, business scope expansion, and market strategy optimization
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership/perspective for adoption
• Execute inbound lead generation and client acquisition strategies through multichannel campaigns, including email, webinars, and social platforms
• Evaluate and study past marketing campaign data, ROAS, and retention targets to identify growth opportunities and prioritize campaign optimization
• Measure and report the performance of all blockchain/digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs
• Build smart contracts and ensuring that all timelines and expectations are met
• Create and post relevant content to all our social media channels to drive engagement with our stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations to minimize risk and enhance the company’s reputation
• Own website and landing page development and optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Review reports and summarize regularly

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in programming languages; Cryptocurrency knowledge
• Experience of at least five (5) years working with smart contracts and blockchain technology
• Cryptocurrency or blockchain marketing is a must
• Experience in implementing and deploying SEO-optimised content campaigns across Web3 social media channels is a must
• Hands-on experience working on platforms such as Truffle, Ethereum, Hyperledger, etc
• Must have experience with marketing automation (Pardot or Hubspot), CRM, CMS, Search and Display, Paid Social and analytics platforms
• Possess strong technical skills and experience in software development
• Strong Communication skills
• Data and Result Oriented
• Understanding of the Web3 Industry, experience in Defi, and other industry-related knowledge
• Maintain client and server-side applications.
• Be able to work with distributed ledgers and understand cryptography
• Familiar with different ways to deploy smart contracts, such as Remix, Truffle suite, and Hardhat
• Experienced in staking implementing and test-driven development (TDD)
• Knowledge of libraries, data structures, blockchain architecture, web development, and smart contracts
• Ensure the security of the blockchain network and provide support to users
• Commitment to and passion for the blockchain technology Industry is a plus
• Client and project management skills
