Made in Nigeria connects customers with vendors across Nigeria. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered through our platform.
2. Order Processing
- Vendors are responsible for preparing and dispatching products within 1–3 business days after an order is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping Methods
Made in Nigeria partners with reputable logistics companies (e.g., GIG Logistics, Jumia Logistics, DHL, FedEx, etc.) for safe and timely delivery.
Customers may select a preferred delivery method at checkout where available.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on the vendor’s location and the customer’s address:
- Within the same city: 1–3 business days
- Within Nigeria (inter-state): 3–7 business days
- International deliveries: 7–21 business days
5. Delivery Charges
Delivery costs vary depending on location, package weight, and delivery partner. The total fee is displayed at checkout before payment.
6. Tracking Orders
Customers will receive tracking details once their order has been shipped. You can track your order via the courier’s website or the Made in Nigeria app.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, absence of the receiver, or unclaimed parcel, a re-delivery fee may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, report it within 48 hours of receipt via our Help Center or email: support@madeinnigeria.app
