1. Purpose
To ensure a safe and trusted marketplace, all vendors on Made in Nigeria must complete our Seller Verification and KYC Process before listing products.
2. Required Information
Each vendor must provide the following:
- Business name and address
- Valid means of identification (National ID, Driver’s License, or Passport)
- Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registration certificate (if available)
- Bank account information (must match the business name or individual name)
- Tax Identification Number (optional)
3. Verification Process
- Submitted documents are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
- Vendors may be contacted for clarification or additional documentation.
- Vendors who fail verification will not be allowed to sell on the platform.
4. Data Protection
All KYC information is securely stored and processed in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
5. Re-Verification
Made in Nigeria reserves the right to re-verify vendor details periodically or when suspicious activity is detected.
