Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: AUGUST 2021

1. Eligibility for Return

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their product if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The wrong item was delivered.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
  • Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, personal care, underwear) are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  1. Log in to your account → “My Orders” → “Request Return.”
  2. Provide reason and upload evidence (photos).
  3. Await confirmation from the vendor or Made in Nigeria support.
  4. Ship the product back using approved logistics partners.

4. Refund

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Refund method: same payment channel or store credit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be handled under our Customer Protection Policy and Nigerian Consumer Protection Council (CPC) regulations.
