1. Eligibility for Return
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their product if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The wrong item was delivered.
2. Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
- Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, personal care, underwear) are non-returnable.
3. Return Process
- Log in to your account → “My Orders” → “Request Return.”
- Provide reason and upload evidence (photos).
- Await confirmation from the vendor or Made in Nigeria support.
- Ship the product back using approved logistics partners.
4. Refund
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Refund method: same payment channel or store credit.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be handled under our Customer Protection Policy and Nigerian Consumer Protection Council (CPC) regulations.
