1. Our Commitment
Made in Nigeria is committed to protecting buyers from fraudulent activities, fake products, and poor service. This policy ensures that every transaction made on our platform is safe, fair, and transparent.
2. Buyer Guarantees
- You will receive the exact product ordered, as described by the vendor.
- Your payments are protected and only released to the vendor after order confirmation.
- You are entitled to a refund if your order is undelivered, defective, or misrepresented.
3. Reporting Issues
Customers can report a complaint by:
- Visiting the Help Center in their account dashboard
- Emailing support@madeinnigeria.app with order details and evidence
4. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes are first reviewed by Made in Nigeria’s Resolution Team.
- Vendors are given 48 hours to respond.
- If unresolved, refunds or replacements will be initiated based on investigation results.
5. Exceptions
The Customer Protection Policy does not cover:
- Products damaged after delivery
- Change of mind returns
- Unauthorized purchases made by third parties
