1. Overview
Made in Nigeria offers an Affiliate and Partnership Program allowing individuals or businesses to promote products and earn commissions from successful referrals.
2. Eligibility
To join the program, applicants must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Provide valid contact and banking details
- Operate a verified affiliate account
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a percentage of each referred sale (percentage disclosed during registration).
- Commissions are calculated after successful order completion and vendor payout.
- Payments are made monthly via bank transfer.
4. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Made in Nigeria products through websites, blogs, or social media, provided they:
- Use approved marketing materials
- Avoid false or misleading claims
- Do not engage in spamming or paid click manipulation
5. Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or legal representatives of Made in Nigeria.
6. Termination
Made in Nigeria reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s account if:
- Fraudulent referrals are detected
- The affiliate breaches promotion rules
- The affiliate engages in unethical conduct
7. Liability
Made in Nigeria is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate’s activities.
